The Bergenfield Health Department will be offering two influenza Vaccination Clinics for Bergenfield residents 18 years of age or older. For those who have Medicare as their primary health insurance (i.e. no supplementary coverage) the vaccination is free, for all others there is a $15.00 fee.
To make an appointment for one of the two following clinics please call 201-387-4055 Ext. 5 :
1. Tuesday October 4th from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Bergenfield Borough Hall (Second Floor – Rear entrance elevator).
2. Thursday October 6th 9:30am to 11:30am and 1:30pm to 3:30pm at Brookside Gardens Senior Complex (293 Murray Hill Terrace).
A home visit by a Public Health Nurse to vaccinate homebound residents can be made upon request.
Note: The Bergenfield Health Department will seek reimbursement from Medicare for those with coverage.
